Alessandro Biancalana
Alessandro Biancalana nasce a Ravenna il 10 ottobre 1954.
Vive a Lucca, città di origine della sua famiglia, e si occupa di porcellana da circa 25 anni con un particolare interesse per la Fabbrica dei marchesi Ginori a Doccia. Il suo esordio da studioso risale alla stesura pressoché integrale del catalogo di una mostra tenutasi al Palazzo Reale di Pisa nel 1998. Da quel momento numerosi sono stati i suoi approfondimenti e partecipazioni a vario livello a mostre, convegni e conferenze.
Ha pubblicato saggi in Italia, Austria e Francia.
Alessandro Biancalana
was born in Ravenna on the 10th of 1954.
He lives in
Lucca, city of origin of his family, and has been involved in porcelain for
about 25 years with a particular interest in the Fabbrica dei marchesi Ginori
in Doccia. His debut as a scholar dates back to the almost complete drafting of
the catalogue of an exhibition held at the Palazzo Reale in Pisa in 1998. Since
then, numerous in-depth studies have been conducted and he has participated at
various levels in exhibitions, conventions and conferences.
He has
published essays in Italy, Austria and France.
