Sandro Rogari

Sandro Rogari is full professor of contemporary History at the University of Florence. Dean of the Faculty of Political Science “Cesare Alfieri” from 2000 to 2006, has been deputy rector of the University from 2006 to 2009. Author and editor of more of thirty volumes, Sandro Rogari has published more then one hundred and eighty studies. His main field of study is history of politics, political institutions culture in XIX and XX centuries and epistemological questions of history. Editor of the «Rassegna Storica Toscana» and president of the Società Toscana per la storia del Risorgimento, S. R. is fellow of the International Society for Intellectual History, of the Accademia Colombaria di Scienze e Lettere ed Arti and of the Accademia dei Georgofili.
